Katherine Appodaca

Katherine Appodaca resides in Conroe, Texas, and has worked in senior living for 18 years. She has experience across every level of senior living, from independent living to assisted living, to memory care and skilled nursing. She has served in a variety of leadership roles, including licensed nursing home administrator, executive director and sales director.

Katherine embraces our core values of integrity, teamwork, expertise, flexibility and results. Her favorite of the 12 Culture Keepers of Solstice Senior Living is “Be passionate about what you do every day,” because if you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life.

Katherine served in the U.S. Army Reserve and National Guard for over 14 years. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree at Murray State University College of Nursing and Health Professions. She was also involved in Girl Scouts for over 25 years.

She loves spending time with her family and cats. When she isn’t working, she enjoys gardening, watching movies, attending NASCAR events and researching family genealogy.
