María Jesús Gallardo Pineda

Mariana Aguirre is the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products, since August 2020. Concurrently, Mariana serves as Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include owner and manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019, and university lecturer in applied mathematics for nutrition and history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
