Phil Isaja

Phil Isaja is a seasoned Civil Engineer with over 31 years of experience in Land Development, currently serving as Vice President at Soltesz, Inc. since May 2023. Prior to this role, Phil Isaja was Vice President & General Manager of the Rockville Office at Soltesz from April 1995, overseeing projects from due diligence to final construction, particularly in Montgomery and Prince George's Counties. As a Senior Associate, Phil Isaja led a team comprising Project Managers, Engineers, and Landscape Architects. Earlier in the career, Phil Isaja held the position of Senior Engineer at Chester Engineers, Inc., managing all aspects of civil engineering design and coordinating with clients and agencies. Phil Isaja earned a degree from The George Washington University - School of Engineering between 1983 and 1987.
