Maria Vidal

Maria Vidal is a highly experienced medical oncologist and associate professor based in Barcelona. Currently, Maria serves as a Medical Oncologist at both Hospital Clínic de Barcelona and IOB Institute of Oncology Barcelona since February 2016 and October 2020, respectively. In addition, Maria contributes to academia as an Associate Professor at Universitat de Barcelona and holds a position as a member of the Translational Genomics and Targeted Therapeutics in Solid Tumors at IDIBAPS. Involvement in professional organizations includes serving on the board of SOLTI and being a member of the Sociedad Española de Oncología Médica and GEICAM - Spanish Breast Cancer Group. Maria's extensive clinical background includes previous roles at Quirónsalud, Hospital Universitari Vall d'Hebron, and Vall d’Hebron Institute of Research. Educational credentials include a degree in Medicine from Universitat de Barcelona, a Doctorate in Medicine, and a DEA from Universidad de Zaragoza.
