Radosław Waszkiewicz

Tomasz Rados is a seasoned financial professional currently serving as a Financial Officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) from January 2024. Previously, Tomasz worked as a Financial Correspondent and Project Assistant at the European Commission from February 2022 to January 2024, supporting the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support. Additional experience includes a voluntary role as a Member of the Stakeholder's Council at Uniwersytet Warszawski, participation in the ISE Coordination Team at the European Defence Agency, and serving as a Coordination Assistant in the Crisis Management and Planning Directorate of the European External Action Service. Tomasz has also held leadership as President of Network PL and has a solid background in contract management and policy as a former Programme Manager at the European Commission. Academically, Tomasz holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw.
