Marty Sylvester

Marty Sylvester is an experienced executive in the staffing and recruiting industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Solu Technology Partners since March 2015, focusing on the growth of centralized recruiting. Previously, Marty held the role of Senior Vice President at Modis from January 2010 to March 2015, overseeing the Great Lakes region and managing a significant budget. Prior to that, Marty was Senior Vice President at Ajilon Consulting from September 2005 to January 2010, responsible for building a centralized recruiting model for the Mid-West region. Starting at Ajilon Consulting as Vice President from June 1997 to March 2005, Marty managed operations for the Harrisburg District and served as Technical Recruiting Manager from November 1994 to February 1997, building candidate queues through proactive outreach methods. Marty is an alumnus of Penn State University.
