Tsholofelo Sithole is a highly experienced HR professional who has worked in various capacities at companies such as SoluGrowth Pty Ltd, EY, AVI Limited, PwC, and more. With a background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Tsholofelo has been involved in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, HR administration, and performance management. Currently serving as Head of HR at SoluGrowth Pty Ltd, Tsholofelo is responsible for translating business strategy into HR initiatives, advising the executive committee, managing statutory reporting, overseeing the HR department, and ensuring compliance with policies and legislation. Tsholofelo holds a Bachelor of Commerce, BCom Honours, and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration, MBA.
