Jim Reynolds

Jim Reynolds is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Soluna since March 2022, Jim plays a key role in advancing the company’s mission to leverage renewable energy for global computing resources. Prior to this position, Jim held the role of Senior Manager in Technology Solutions at CrossCountry Consulting, where expertise was applied to enhance operational efficiencies for organizations. As Principal of Strategy and Operations at Slalom, Jim focused on strategic business transformations. Additional experience includes serving as Production Manager for OneSource Distributors at Sonepar USA and as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps. Jim holds an MBA in Business Administration from Plymouth State University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
