William P. Phelan

William P. Phelan is the current Lead Independent Board Member at Soluna. William has also previously served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Bright Hub, Inc., Capital District Physician's Health Plan, and Paradigm Capital Management. Furthermore, they were the Founder & CEO of OneMade, Inc. from May 1999 to May 2003. Before that, they worked as the SVP E-Commerce at America Online from May 2003 to May 2004, after AOL acquired OneMade, Inc.

William P. Phelan holds a BBA in Accounting from Siena College and an MS in Taxation from Baruch College.
