Keerthi P

Keerthi P has a diverse work experience in the field of Salesforce Business Analysis. Most recently, at Solunus, Inc., they assisted senior Salesforce personnel in collecting requirements and documentation, wrote change management and technical documentation for release notes, and coordinated new development requests. They also worked with leadership to ensure timely resolution of requests and drove efficiency through tooling and automation. Prior to that, Keerthi worked at Humana, where they conducted Gap analysis, generated standard and custom reports, and used data migration tools. At Diakin Applied Americas, they were responsible for process flow and architectural design, translated data into insights for stakeholders, and updated the database using SQL. And at ECI Software Solutions, Keerthi focused on migration strategies, analyzing legacy application data, and eliminating dependence on outdated systems.

Keerthi P completed a Master's degree in Business Analytics from the University of North Texas from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2017, Keerthi P obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Muffakham Jah College of Engineering & Technology. In terms of additional certifications, Keerthi P obtained the "Accredited Project Requirements Analyst (APRA)" certification from the International Organization for Project Management™ (IO4PM™) in May 2020. Keerthi P also received the "Scrum Master Certified (SMC)" certification from the International Scrum Institute™ in May 2020.
