David Palling

David Palling has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. David is currently serving as the VP, CMC at SOLUtion Medical since July 2021. Prior to this, they were the COO at Somnia Therapeutics from January 2022 to February 2023.

From 2016 to 2020, David held the position of VP Manufacturing & Supply Chain at Correvio Pharma Corp, a global specialty pharmaceutical company operating in multiple countries. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all manufacturing and supply chain activities. David also analyzed and developed improved distribution channels in Western European markets.

Before joining Correvio Pharma Corp, David worked as the Chief Manufacturing Officer at Symbiomix Therapeutics, LLC from May 2013 to June 2016. Here, they were solely responsible for product development, manufacturing, and CMC regulatory matters in the field of women's health.

From 2010 to 2013, David served as the SVP, Therapeutics at Chromocell Corporation, a life sciences company focused on drug discovery and development. In this role, they led the Therapeutics Division and played a crucial role in early discovery and pre-clinical development stages of drug development.

David also has experience as a Consultant in Business Development and Strategy at O2h from November 2009 to November 2010. Prior to that, they held senior positions in technical operations and pre-clinical development at Amicus Therapeutics.

Throughout their career, David has also worked at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Johnson & Johnson, and Hoffmann-La Roche in various roles of increasing responsibility.

David Palling has a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of London. David also has attended Brandeis University, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
