Brent Melanson

Brent Melanson has a diverse work experience in the healthcare IT industry. Brent is currently serving as the Director of Application Operations at SolutionHealth since 2021. Prior to this, Brent worked at Johns Hopkins Medicine from 2013 to 2021, where they held various roles including Epic IT Director for Inpatient Applications and Epic Systems Development Manager. At Johns Hopkins, they led multiple successful go-lives and was responsible for project coordination and management. Before joining Johns Hopkins, Brent worked at Rady Children's Hospital as a Clinical Informaticist, where they led the implementation and support teams for Epic ASAP and Clin Doc. Brent also worked at MEDITECH as an Advanced Clinical Coordinator and an Application Specialist, troubleshooting and solving customer software problems and supporting organizations that had purchased MEDITECH's Advanced Clinical Applications.
