Jessica Connare

Jessica Connare has extensive experience in compensation and benefits roles. Jessica is currently the System Director of Compensation, Benefits & HR Service Center at SolutionHealth since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Elliot Hospital for many years, holding various positions such as Director of Compensation & Benefits, Manager of Compensation and Benefits, Lead Compensation Analyst, Compensation Coordinator, and Department Assistant. In these roles, they were responsible for designing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with compensation and benefits programs. Jessica also conducted compensation analyses, participated in surveys, and evaluated positions for grading.

Jessica Connare attended Manchester West High School from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. Following that, they enrolled in Southern New Hampshire University from 2005 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources. In May 2019, they obtained certification as a Certified Compensation Analyst from the Compensation Analyst Academy.
