Kaitlin Rennie

Kaitlin Rennie is a Clinical Application Analyst-Pharmacist at SolutionHealth since March 2019, with prior experience as a Per Diem Staff Pharmacist and Staff Pharmacist at Southern New Hampshire Health from December 2016 to January 2023.
