Adel Althubyani

Adel ALThubyani has extensive experience in project and operations management, currently serving as the Executive Head of stc Projects & Service Management and Operations at solutions by stc since February 2021. Prior to this role, Adel held leadership positions at the Institute of Public Administration in Saudi Arabia from November 2018 to February 2021, including Head of Business Center and Head of PMO & Consultant. A significant portion of experience was gained at Mobily from March 2007 to October 2018, where Adel advanced through roles such as General Manager of Project Control and Director of Project Contract. Earlier career experience includes working as a Telecommunications Engineer at Ericsson. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business Strategy from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from King Saud University, along with additional education at the Smith School of Business at Queen's University.
