Faisal Alarfaj

Faisal Alarfaj has extensive work experience in the field of IT and project management. Faisal began their career at STC Solutions in 2012 as a Project Controller and worked there until 2014. Faisal then joined Al Majal Al Arabi for Communication & IT as a Project Manager from 2014 to 2015. After that, they returned to STC Solutions and held the position of Project Manager from 2015 to 2017. From 2018 to 2019, Faisal worked as a Sector Delivery Manager at Solutions by STC. Faisal then progressed to become the Director of KA Project Delivery from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they are the Director of IT & Application Projects Delivery at Solutions by STC.

Faisal Alarfaj obtained a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Saginaw Valley State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. In 2017, they completed the PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In 2021, Faisal completed the Saudi Digital Academy Executive Program - Digital Leadership from INSEAD Executive Education.
