Hanadi Sadeq has extensive work experience in various customer-focused roles. Hanadi is currently employed at Solutions by STC as the Director of the Client Advocacy Office. Prior to this, they worked at National Unified Procurement Company (NUPCO) as a Customer Experience Manager and Client Experience Section Head. Hanadi also held positions at the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) as the Head of Customer Experience and as a Customer Experience Specialist. Earlier in their career, they worked at King Abdullah University Hospital PNU as an Organizational Development Specialist and at Riyad Bank in roles such as Business Process Specialist, Innovation Officer, and Planning Analyst. Hanadi also completed a Graduate Program at Riyad Bank which included training sessions and rotations within different divisions of the bank.

Hanadi Sadeq pursued a Master of Commerce degree in Organizational Innovation from the University of Wollongong. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) with a major in Business Innovation and a minor in Management from the same university. Additionally, Hanadi acquired a Diploma in Interior Design from Sheffield School of Interior Design.
