Lisa has over 25 years of experience as a Policy Analyst. She has worked in this capacity at both the federal and state levels of government and as a consultant to public and private sector clients. Lisa holds a B.S. in Political Science and Psychology and a Master’s degree in Public Administration.

Lisa Lutz is a highly accomplished executive with nearly 30 years of experience conducting, managing, and consulting on projects associated with the research, evaluation, and implementation of workforce development and credentialing programs in both the civilian and military sectors. As co-founder and CEO of SOLID, since 2003, Lisa’s strategic vision and leadership has resulted in incredible growth within the company, propelling them from a team of 2 to almost 50 employees, increasing revenue, and cementing SOLID as one of the leading experts in their field.

Lisa’s work has concentrated on the development and implementation of programs to promote the professional development of service members and ensure their smooth transition from the military to the civilian workforce. For more than 20 years, Lisa has specialized in the use of occupational credentialing as a means of doing so. She has performed research, provided policy guidance, and developed programs in this area for numerous organizations, including the Congressional Commission on Servicemembers and Veterans Transition Assistance, as well as the U.S. Departments of Defense, Labor, Army, Navy, Air Force, Energy, and Transportation. She has also worked with numerous companies and non-profits, including The American Legion, Lumina Foundation, Walmart Foundation, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, and others to promote credentialing of service members and veterans.

Lisa holds a B.S. in Political Science and Psychology and a Master’s degree in Public Administration (M.P.A.).
