Ewa Pasewicz

Ewa has been working in the information technology and services industries for nearly two decades, including holding executive roles with IBM and Citi. She currently owns Causeway BTI and maintains relationships with a number of development firms in her native country of Poland. This brings high caliber talent to Solutionz at a reasonable cost.

Ewa is a strong business development professional with a master’s degree focused in Quantitative methods and information systems in economy, from Warsaw School of Economics. She also studied at Harvard University, taking a course in Launching Breakthrough Technologies. Her extensive experience and knowledge acquired during the implementation of many EU and international projects in the field of IT, translates into a unique ability to effectively match the offered product solutions to the market needs and its institutions. Ewa has delivered a series of speeches as an expert at prestigious conferences and she is the author of many publications (especially in the financial sector, prepared in cooperation with the Polish Bank Association) and cyber security.

In her role with Solutionz, she sources and coordinates development resources.
