Cecelia Davi

Cecelia Davi is an experienced project manager currently serving as the Manager of OTS/SCADA Project Development at SOLV Energy since August 2023. Previously, Cecelia held the position of Project Manager at SMA America, where responsibilities included defining scope, schedule, and budget for utility-scale solar projects and managing project delivery. At Nor-Cal Controls ES, Inc., Cecelia managed over 15 active SCADA projects, supervised project teams, and oversaw various project phases from design to commissioning. Earlier experience includes roles as a Project Quality Analyst, Documentation Specialist, and Procurement Specialist at Nor-Cal Controls, as well as an HR Coordinator at Connor Group, where payroll and onboarding processes were managed for over 150 employees. Cecelia earned a Project Management Certification from Folsom Lake College and holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Nevada College.
