Daniel Sage, CPA, possesses extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting, having held positions such as Audit Manager at Grant Thornton LLP and Financial Reporting Manager at Brookfield Properties. In these roles, Daniel managed financial audits, reviewed SEC filings, and developed financial statements in compliance with GAAP. Notably, Daniel led the implementation of ASC 606 and authored significant documentation to enhance revenue recognition processes. Currently serving as the Interim Director of Project Accounting at SOLV Energy and Fractional CFO at Sage CFO Solutions, Daniel continues to leverage expertise in technical accounting and financial oversight. Daniel holds both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accountancy, specializing in Financial Reporting, from San Diego State University.
