Kelly Simpson

Kelly Simpson has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Kelly worked at SOLV Energy from 2017 to the present, progressing from the position of Procurement Coordinator/SOLV Admin Assistant to Talent Development Specialist, Manager, and ultimately Director of Talent Development. Prior to SOLV Energy, they held the role of Talent Development Analyst at the University of California, San Diego from 2015 to 2017. Before that, they worked at Girl Scouts San Diego from 2008 to 2015, initially as a Volunteer Support Coordinator and later as a Product Sales Specialist. Kelly also worked as a Crisis Counselor/Outreach for the Wildfire Recovery Project in 2007 and served as a Project Coordinator at the Volunteer Center of Napa Valley from 2006 to 2007.

Kelly Simpson earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from Sonoma State University. Additionally, Kelly received a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Nonprofit Management Solutions.
