Rob Shuck is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Vice President of Field Operations at SOLV Energy since November 2021. In this role, Rob oversees the training, development, and management of both the SOLV Energy tech team and the in-house HV tech team, navigating the complexities of an evolving industry. Previously, Rob worked at SOLV from February 2015 to August 2024 as the Electrical/Testing Operations Manager and Substation Manager, contributing significant expertise and leadership to the organization's operations.
