Surya Sathiya

Surya Sathiya is a Performance Engineer with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently working at SOLV Energy since October 2025. Prior to this role, Surya held the same title at CS Energy from March 2022 to October 2025. Surya gained valuable experience at Eversource Energy in early 2021 by analyzing distributed energy resources for interconnection studies and conducting various technical analyses. Surya began a career as an Electrical Engineer-Trainee at FIRSTLOGIC AUTOMATION PVT LTD in early 2016. Surya holds a Master of Science in Energy Systems from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy.
