Maria Kwok has over 20 years of legal experience. Maria began their career in 2000 as a Research Associate II in the Transgenic Department of SUGEN, Inc. In 2006 they worked as a Corporate Governance Paralegal at Dignity Health (formerly known as Catholic Healthcare West). From 2009 to 2012, they worked as Of Counsel (Contract Basis) at Email Me Form, LLC. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as Commercial Counsel at Energy Recovery Inc. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as Senior Legal Counsel at Hoag Hospital. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as Deputy General Counsel at Verity Health System of California. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as Of Counsel and General Counsel at Chinese Hospital. Currently, they are working as Associate General Counsel at Solv., where they manage legal department operations, provides strategic legal advice, and reviews enterprise contracting, consumer marketing, product development, compliance, and privacy.

Maria Kwok obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Golden Gate University School of in 2007 and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Microbiology from the University of California, Davis in 2001. Maria is also a California Bar Member, certified by the State Bar of California.
