Bhagyashree Ruparel

Bhagyashree Ruparel started their work experience in 2018 as an HR Manager at Jp Group of companies and worked there until 2019. In April 2019, they joined Solvative as the Head Solver Success, Culture & Diversity. At Solvative, Bhagyashree's role involves empowering Solvers to help clients succeed and contributing to the company's mission of making innovation accessible to humans.

From 2020 to 2023, Bhagyashree studied at Shri DD kotiyaval municipal Law College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in the field of Law.

From 2013 to 2016, they attended SHRI V.J.MODHA COLLEGE OF INFORMATION TECH.-PORBANDAR, where they obtained a BCA (Bachelors Of Computer Applications) degree with a focus on Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Bhagyashree has obtained several certifications. In May 2020, they completed a course on "Blockchain in Human Resources" from Udemy. Bhagyashree also attained certifications in "Feedback: Employee Engagement," "HR - Agile HR Fundamentals (Human Resources)," "Human Resource Management" from International Business Management Institute (IBMI), and "Learning and Development Methods" from Udemy, all in May 2020. Furthermore, in April 2018, they earned the "Certified Cyber Security Expert 4.0" certification from Techdefence Pvt. Ltd.
