Howard Hao

Howard (Ye) Hao is currently the Director of China R&D and the Shanghai R&D center at Syensqo. Prior to this role, Howard served as a Senior Chemical Process Engineer at Lonza, followed by various leadership positions at Solvay, including R&D Technical Manager and Global Market Manager. Additionally, Howard was a University Lecturer at the East China University of Science and Technology, where they contributed to the Chemical Engineering school. Howard is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering at the same university.
