Lionel Flesinski

Lionel Flesinski is a skilled process engineer with extensive experience in the chemical engineering field. Currently employed at Solvay since June 2015, Lionel focuses on developing innovative process solutions for specialty chemicals and actively participates in industrial process improvement initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as a research engineer at Michelin, where creative process solutions for valuable polymers were devised, and previous positions at Ajilon Engineering, Total Petrochemicals, and Rhodia, where research and development efforts were concentrated on process design and production challenges. Lionel holds an engineering degree in chemical engineering from ENSIACET and a doctorate in process engineering from the Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour.
