Roberto Carnevale is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT and project management, currently serving as Technical Lead and team coach at Solvay since 2010. In this role, Roberto has successfully managed cross-functional teams, spearheaded innovative projects, and implemented ITIL4 service processes, resulting in significant efficiencies and cost savings.
