Sandrine Colombat

Sandrine COLOMBAT has extensive experience in HR roles, primarily in the Solvay group. Sandrine started as an HR Development Manager and eventually became HR Director for various business units within the company. Sandrine played a key role in supporting organizational changes, talent selection, and cultural change initiatives. Sandrine also had a transversal role collaborating with different business units and driving the implementation of job families. Prior to Solvay, they worked as a Site HR Manager at Air Liquide and had HR roles at L'Oréal as an intern and temporary professional.

Sandrine COLOMBAT obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from iaelyon School of Management in 1998. Sandrine also completed a Post University program in Fundamentals of Coaching at INTERNATIONAL MOZAIK in 2015. In 1996, they obtained a "Licences" degree in Sociology & Education Sciences from University Lyon 2. Most recently, they attended the Women’s Leadership Forum at Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2018.
