Piotr Sarecki

Piotr Sarecki has a diverse work experience in various industries. Piotr is currently the CEO and Founder of Solvbot, a platform for legal practitioners that optimizes workflow and improves communication with clients. Piotr is also an EMBA Lecturer at Krakowska Szkoła Biznesu UEK | Cracow School of Business CUE. In addition, Piotr is a Lecturer at AGH University of Science and Technology, where they teach classes on project management, talent management, change management, Kanban, management 3.0, and agile management. Piotr is also a Co-Founder and CFO of Talent Management in Tech Association, a non-profit organization that promotes high-performance culture in the tech industry. Previously, they worked as a Strategic Transformation Manager at Aon, where they led internal consulting and supported M&A and migration activities. Piotr also served as the EMEA SC Operations Manager, where they established and ran a new service center. Before Aon, Piotr worked at Sabre Corporation as a Team Supervisor and Project Manager, overseeing customer support services and leading transition projects. Piotr also worked at HSBC as an HSBC Premier Team Leader, where they played a crucial role in building the bank's operations in Poland.

Piotr Sarecki has a diverse education history. Piotr first obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Administration from Jagiellonian University in 2006, followed by their Master of Arts (MA) in International Business Administration from the University of Gävle in 2007. Piotr then returned to Jagiellonian University and completed their Master of Arts (MA) in Business Administration in 2009.

In 2011, Piotr enrolled at Oxford Brookes University for an Executive MBA, which they completed in 2013. During this time, they also obtained certifications such as Prince2 Foundation and Prince2 Practitioner from APMG International in 2013, and the ICS Service Management certification from The Institute of Customer Service in 2013.

After a gap in formal education, Piotr returned to pursue their educational journey in 2019. Piotr is currently attending WSB University, working towards a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration and Management, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Additionally, in 2019, they also participated in the Startup School program provided by Y Combinator.

In terms of additional certifications, Piotr has obtained various qualifications.
