Raluca Bratu

Raluca Bratu has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Their most recent role was as a Senior Manager Finance and Accounting at Solve Therapeutics, Inc., starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager in the same field at VelosBio Inc. from December 2019 to June 2021. Raluca also served as a Controller at Hardcraft Industries, Inc. from February 2019 to November 2019. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Senior GL Accountant at MiaSolé from December 2017 to February 2019, Senior Accountant at Acerta Pharma B.V. from June 2015 to December 2017, Corporate Accountant at IT Convergence from September 2013 to June 2015, and Accountant at Knauf from June 2006 to September 2012.

Raluca Bratu completed their education at The Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. Raluca earned a Bachelor of Economics from the Faculty of Commerce in 2008, with a focus on Economics, Economy of Commerce, Tourism, and Services. Later, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Master's degree in Financial Analysis and Valuation at the same institution, specifically at the Faculty of Accounting and Management Information Systems. Additionally, Raluca Bratu has obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the California Board of Accountancy in February 2023.
