Julian Shadle

Julian Shadle has extensive experience in program and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as Program Manager for the US Navy Pacific Fleet at Solvere Technical Group since June 2021, Julian also provides management expertise for a large commercial building complex through Oceanside Avenida Del Oro, LLC. Additionally, Julian is a member of the Board of Directors for Rancho del Oro Technology Park, collaborating with major companies like Genentech and Coca-Cola. Previous roles include Information Technology Program Manager at Amazon, and a significant tenure at ViaSat Inc. managing global communication projects, as well as an extensive background in operations management at Cox Communications. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from UC San Diego, and Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
