Brett Flesher, CTBS, is a skilled professional with extensive experience in process improvement engineering and manufacturing within the biomedical field. Currently serving as Supervisor of Process Improvement Engineering at Solvita since March 2023, Brett previously contributed to Community Tissue Services as a Process Improvement Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer, focusing on improving quality, efficiency, and safety. With a strong background at Zimmer Biomet in product surveillance and development engineering, along with roles in biomechanics research and application engineering at various organizations, Brett has honed expertise in custom tooling, product validation, and customer complaint remediation. Brett holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering with a focus on Biomechanics from The University of Akron.
