Olivia Foglietta

Olivia Foglietta is a seasoned professional in customer success, currently serving as a Mid-Level Customer Success Consultant at Solvoyo since February 2022, following roles as a Customer Success Consultant and Customer Success Intern within the same company. Prior experience includes assisting in campus recreation at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and completing an internship at Commodity Components in 2021. While at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Olivia significantly contributed as a Supplemental Instruction Peer Mentor, focusing on Calculus I, by conducting review sessions and developing instructional materials. Olivia also founded Earth Rocks Jewelry on Etsy from November 2016 to September 2020, where efforts were dedicated to creating and selling jewelry while supporting environmental causes through donations. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations and Information Management from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
