Jan Bartczak

Jan Bartczak is an experienced Product Owner at Solwena since December 2017, specializing in managing product backlogs, creating user stories, and overseeing application development processes within a scrum team. Prior experience includes roles as a Systems Architect and Automation Engineer, where Jan developed automation concepts, managed energy software, and conducted performance tests. Jan's earlier positions involved project engineering in building management systems and automation, along with significant programming of PLCs. Educationally, Jan holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Automation and Robotics from Gdańsk University of Technology.
