James J Holmes is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of SOLX since April 2024, James has held significant leadership roles, including Vice President of Origination in Business Markets at Sunnova Energy from January 2023 to April 2024, and Chief Executive Officer at One Sun Power Inc. from March 2017 to January 2023. James also chaired One Sun | México S.A. de C.V. during a concurrent period, and prior experience includes key positions at SolarCity and Sungevity. James' professional foundation includes project management and area management roles at Bechtel Corporation and CB&I, respectively. James holds degrees from the University of Oregon, the University of California, Berkeley, and Yale University.
