Alison Miller, Director of Claims Administration, brings 23 years of experience specializing in health claim systems and operations. Alison has spent many years working on customized solutions for clients and their members to improve the quality of claims processing and turnaround time frames while maintaining accuracy and client satisfaction.

While attending California State University, East Bay, she received her bachelor’s degree while simultaneously advancing within a managed care organization where she specialized in claims and plan administration, provider relations and customer service. After years of maintaining high level customer satisfaction, combined with an energetic devotion to healthcare administration, Allison ascended to the position of Vice President, where she led a team of 15 people who covered claim administration, dispute resolution, system administration, contract negotiations, and new business acquisitions.

Alison brings decades of experience and a winning, can-do attitude to Solxsys where she will lead the claims division into the automated, online, 21st Century.
