Stephen G. Buhalis

Stephen G. Buhalis, COO/CIO, has spent the last 14 years of his career in Project Management, nine of those years in the Taft Hartley Trust Fund Industry. Prior to joining Solxsys Administrative Solutions, Stephen was the Director of PMO at Benesys. There he led a team of 15, managing and implementing new client conversions and acquisition transitions while continually increasing the efficiencies and qualities across the company. He made it a priority to ensure the best possible end-result for both current and new clients across the USA.

As COO/CIO of Solxsys Administrative Solutions, Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge to onboarding, transitioning and integrating new clients onto the Solxsys365 Software. He has developed a lot of best practices with software and will continue those practices with Solxsys365. Stephen will continue to monitor the implementation processes and ensure the use of the best IT practices to utilize secure, leading-edge technology solutions that will enable Solxsys Administrative Solutions to stay in front of the rapidly changing technology trends in the industry. Stephen’s leadership philosophy is open communication and collaboration with his staff while staying innovative to continually provide the best-in-class services to the clients and their participants.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management Information Systems from the University of Dayton.
