Gil Simon

Gil Simon has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Gil is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer at SoMa Equity Partners, a position they have held since February 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Apex Capital, LLC in various roles, including Chief Investment Officer, Portfolio Manager - Technology sector, and Equity Analyst. Gil was with Apex Capital from April 2015 to February 2016. Before joining Apex Capital, Gil worked as an Equity Analyst at MFS Investment Management from July 2003 to August 2006. Earlier in their career, they served as a Valuation Consultant at KPMG Consulting from 1998 to 2000 and as a Senior Auditor, CPA at KPMG US from 1996 to 1998.

Gil Simon obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business - Economics from UCLA, where they attended from 1992 to 1996. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from MIT Sloan School of Management, from 2001 to 2003.
