Idris El-Feghi

Idris El-Feghi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior AI Scientist at Future Fertility since October 2022, prior roles include Senior AI Scientist at SomaDetect, where innovative sensor technology and computer vision were utilized to enhance dairy quality monitoring. Idris has also held positions as a Senior Research Scientist at pathcore, focusing on digital pathology and radiology, and as a Research Scientist at Delta-Libya for Industrial Tech. & Sys, leading product planning and Visual Pattern Recognition research. Earlier experience includes contributions to image processing technologies at Safa-ITS and Canadian Bank Notes. Idris's academic background includes a PhD and MASc in Computer Engineering from the University of Windsor, complemented by a BASc from the University of Portland.
