Simran Anand

Simran Anand is a Senior Software Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, specializing in AIOps, Machine Learning, research, data engineering, and software development since November 2025. Previously, Simran held the position of Senior Software AI/ML Engineer at Bosch Global Software Technologies, leading the development of advanced AI/ML solutions, including a brake pressure forecasting model that improved predictive accuracy by 85%. In addition to engineering roles, Simran has also served as an Education Mentor and Consultant at topmate.io, a Content Creator and Events Speaker on LinkedIn, and a Computer Science Educator on YouTube, creating technical content and mentoring individuals in their professional journeys. Simran has contributed to various educational and mentoring initiatives, including coaching workshops at GrowthSchool, AI/ML engineering training at HCL GUVI, and leading data science mentorship at Hito, along with writing technical content for Hashnode.
