Dália Gonçalves

Dália Gonçalves has been working in the Pharmaceutical industry since 2001. Dália began their career as a Pharmaceutical Services of the University Hospital in Valencia, Spain. In 2002, they moved to Manaia Pharmacy in Seia as a First year pharmacist. In 2003, they held a scholarship for Scientific Research at the Universidade de Coimbra. From 2004 to 2013, they worked at Famalabor_Medinfar Group as a Processes Improvement Manager and Pharmaceutical Technician/Supervisor, where they were responsible for setting goals and improving GMP compliance and quality, production planning and management, and improvement of Production processes. From 2013 to 2021, they worked at Grupo Medinfar as a Process Quality System Manager and Managment Advisor. Dália currently works at SOMAÍ Pharmaceuticals LTD as a QA Manager and at Pharmaceutical & Medicinal Cannabis Industries as a Pharmaceutical Industry Specialist Consultant & Auditor.

Dália Gonçalves has a long history of education. Dália completed a Master in Medicines Technologies from Universidade de Coimbra in 2006 and a Pharmacy degree from the same university in 2002. In 2018 and 2019 they completed a Practitioner NLP from International Institute of NLP. In 2015 and 2016, they completed a Competent Comunicator from Toastmasters International. From 2011 to 2015, they completed GMPs & ISO Auditor Trainings from ISO Group / Pharmacists Oder. In 2009 and 2010, they completed a Specialist in Pharmaceutical Industry from Ordem dos Farmaceuticos. In 2008, they completed an Advanced training program for executives from CH consulting Coimbra. In 2007, they completed a Project Management from Instituto Pedro Nunes, a Green belt and Black Belt (training) from Locheed Martin/ HCA and INFARMED, and a Training of trainers from Talentus.
