The current leadership team at Somany Ceramics has a wealth of experience in a variety of industries. The CEO, DGM Sales, and Regional Sales Manager all have experience with paints companies, while the Business Head has experience in marketing and sales with Cello Marketing. The General Manager - SDA & SWH also has experience in sales and marketing with Havells India Ltd, as well as experience in management with Arc International. Finally, the Regional Manager has a background in Borosil Glassworks Limited. All members of the team have at minimum a Masters of Business Administration, with several holding additional degrees in Marketing/Marketing Management and Marketing and Sales.
