Sorin Racz

Sorin RACZ has extensive work experience in various roles related to quality management. Sorin is currently the Head of Quality Management at Somarest since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at HELLA as a Quality Manager IF1 from June 2019 to August 2021 and as a Six Sigma DMAIC Coordinator from November 2015 to June 2019. Before HELLA, Sorin worked at Nestlé as a Quality Supervisor from June 2013 to November 2015. Sorin also has experience in quality control and sales, having worked at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) as a Quality Control Associate from August 2011 to June 2013 and as a Leisure Sales Representative from May 2009 to August 2011. In addition, Sorin worked at SC Remar Distribution Pro SRL as a Sales Representative from January 2008 to May 2009, handling territories such as TM, CS, AR, and HD.

Sorin RACZ obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree from Banat's University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Timisoara Romania, specifically from the Faculty of Food Processing Technology. In addition to their education, they have various certifications including a Black Belt certification from HELLA in October 2018, a Green Belt certification from HELLA in December 2016, an FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) certification from Effectiv Flux in September 2016, Core Tools certification from TÜV Rheinland Group in May 2016, Radioprotection in practice with sources of ionizing radiation - level 1 certification from Institutul National de C&D pentru Fizica si Inginerie Nucleara "​ Horia Hulubei "​ Centrul de pregatire si specializare in domeniul nuclear in February 2015, a Trainer certification from SC ABC CONSULTING CENTRE SRL in September 2014, and a Specialist in safety and Health environment certification from PROTEM SSM CONSULTING SRL in March 2012.
