Aaron Tepfer

Aaron Tepfer has an extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Aaron is currently employed at Somatus as the AVP of Talent Acquisition since March 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Somatus from March 2022 to March 2023, and the Director of Talent Acquisition from September 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining Somatus, Aaron worked at Beacon Mobility as the Director of Talent Acquisition from February 2020 to May 2021. Aaron also served as the Talent Acquisition Manager at United Site Services from August 2018 to February 2020.

Aaron's experience in talent acquisition also includes Manager of Talent Acquisition at AmeriHealth Caritas from September 2015 to August 2018, and Head of Recruitment at Presidio from July 2013 to September 2015.

Earlier in their career, Aaron held the position of Talent Acquisition Regional Lead (North America) at Thomson Reuters from April 2007 to July 2013. Aaron started their career as a Recruiter at Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals from July 2004 to April 2007, and as a Staffing Manager at Robert Half International from April 2003 to April 2004.

Aaron began their professional journey as a Senior Staffing Specialist at Franklin Pierce Associates from September 2000 to April 2002.

Aaron Tepfer obtained a Bachelor's Degree in History from West Virginia University in the year 2000. Aaron then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Thomas Edison State University, which they completed in 2009.
