Cassidy Richman

Cassidy Richman has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Cassidy started their career as a Patient Care Technician at Roper St. Francis Healthcare, where they assisted nursing staff with various tasks and patient care duties. Cassidy then became a Registered Nurse in the same company, working in an adult acute care progressive care unit and providing personalized care to patients with cardiac and pulmonary disorders.

After their time at Roper St. Francis Healthcare, Cassidy joined Nightingale Services as a Home Health RN. In this role, they conducted in-home admissions and assessments, developed care plans, supervised direct care staff, and evaluated care plans. Cassidy later moved on to Fresenius Medical Care North America, where they worked as a Registered Nurse in an outpatient clinic setting, specifically providing direct patient care to individuals with chronic kidney disease receiving dialysis. Cassidy also served as a team leader for dialysis technicians and LPNs, and evaluated staffing requirements based on patient scheduling.

Cassidy then joined Kindred at Home as a Registered Nurse/Case Manager, where they had direct patient care responsibilities and performed administrative tasks associated with case management. Cassidy also held the position of Manager of Clinical Practice in the same company, where they focused on quality assurance and was certified as an Oasis Quality Specialist.

Currently, Cassidy is working at Somatus as a Quality Analyst. Cassidy recently started in this role and their responsibilities at Somatus are not yet specified. Prior to that, they worked as an RN Care Manager, partnering with payors and members to effectively care manage CKD 4&5 and ESKD patients throughout the Coastal GA area. Cassidy received certification as a CCM (Chronic Care Management) professional during this role.

Throughout their work experience, Cassidy has continually sought professional development and certification opportunities to enhance their skills and stay up-to-date with industry changes and best practices.

Cassidy Richman obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Nursing from Charleston Southern University from the year 2008 to 2012.
