Emir Sandhu

Emir Sandhu, MD, serves as Managing Director at The Blue Venture Fund and Sandbox Industries, focusing on investing in emerging companies that enhance healthcare and sustainability while leveraging collaborations among Blue Cross Blue Shield companies. With additional roles as Board Member for Onc.AI, Ultromics, and Limber, and Board Observer for Somatus and Octave Bioscience, Emir brings extensive expertise to the healthcare innovation space. Emir also contributes to academia as Adjunct Clinical Faculty at Stanford University's Department of Radiology, following a residency at Stanford. Emir holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MD from Harvard Medical School, and a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
