Kenneth Sipe

Ken is a Human Resources Executive with 25+ years of experience with Merck & Co., Wyeth Biotech, and DaVita Healthcare. He enjoys partnering and serving with employees across all levels of an organization. Ken received the Corporate Value Award for Integrity from DaVita. He has a BS in Management and Organizational Development and achieved the Society of Human Resources certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

He joined Somatus because it is a strongly led healthcare company that mirrors his passion around making a difference for people. His experiences with his daughter who has Type 1 Diabetes gives him a strong desire to work with an organization that makes a difference for its patients.
