Fergus Campbell

Fergus Campbell is a Managing Principal of SomeraRoad, overseeing the firm’s day-to-day business undertakings. He joined the company in 2017 and was quickly able to leverage his capital markets expertise to creatively structure transactions that have helped propel SomeraRoad’s rapid expansion. Fergus works closely with financial partners to ensure each deal’s risk/return profile and business plan are aligned, and he is instrumental in charting the firm’s investment decisions and strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining SomeraRoad, Fergus worked at NorthStar Asset Management Group, Inc., a predecessor to Colony NorthStar, Inc., where he focused on large portfolio acquisitions. During his time in the company’s New York, Luxembourg and London offices, he closed on over $5 billion of real estate.

Fergus attended the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. He received his Bachelors of Arts in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College, where he also played lacrosse.
